Step 1: Verify Your Warranty
- Check that your product is within the 12-month warranty period from the purchase date.
- Ensure the product was purchased from Sellzeno or an authorized seller.
Step 2: Gather Required Information
Before contacting us, have the following ready:
- Order number or receipt
- Product model
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos of the defect (if applicable)

Include all information from Step 2. Our team will review your claim and provide instructions for the next steps.
Step 4: Follow Instructions for Return or Service
- If the product needs to be returned, you will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging or equivalent protection.
- Ship the product to the address provided by Sellzeno.
Step 5: Claim Review and Resolution
- Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it to confirm the defect.
- Approved claims will be resolved through:
- Repair of the product
- Replacement with the same or equivalent model
- Refund of the purchase price (in select cases)
Step 6: Receive Your Product
- After processing, your repaired or replaced product will be shipped back to you.
