At Sellzeno, we make warranty claims straightforward so you can get your product repaired, replaced, or refunded quickly. Follow these steps to process a warranty claim:

Step 1: Verify Your Warranty

  • Check that your product is within the 12-month warranty period from the purchase date.
  • Ensure the product was purchased from Sellzeno or an authorized seller.

Step 2: Gather Required Information

Before contacting us, have the following ready:

  • Order number or receipt
  • Product model
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos of the defect (if applicable)

Include all information from Step 2. Our team will review your claim and provide instructions for the next steps.

Step 4: Follow Instructions for Return or Service

  • If the product needs to be returned, you will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging or equivalent protection.
  • Ship the product to the address provided by Sellzeno.

Step 5: Claim Review and Resolution

  • Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it to confirm the defect.
  • Approved claims will be resolved through:
    • Repair of the product
    • Replacement with the same or equivalent model
    • Refund of the purchase price (in select cases)

Step 6: Receive Your Product

  • After processing, your repaired or replaced product will be shipped back to you.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
