1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The product is defective or damaged during shipping
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The item was received in a condition that differs from the description

Note: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Certain products, like used equipment or accessories, may be non-returnable—please check the product listing or contact support.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number, product name, and reason for the return.
  3. Our team will provide return instructions, including shipping address and any necessary labels.

Important: Returns must be shipped back within 7 days after receiving approval. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly.

3. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a Sellzeno error (defective or wrong product).

4. Exchanges

5. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Used or damaged products caused by improper use
